In the hopelessness of life under occupation, many youth have lost their motivation to strive for a future for themselves. The Youth Leadership Program was piloted in July 2011 to give young people motivation to think about their future. Their involvement is critical for the village’s future.

Through this program, youth have had the opportunity to learn First Aid, Hebrew (to help them find work in Israel and to deal with the constant military presence), and conflict resolution.
